1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gluck (the “Service”) operated at https://gluck.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gluck is a trend intelligence platform that helps users research topics, review signals, analyze keywords, and organize editorial opportunities. The Service includes AI summaries, trend detection, keyword analysis, billing, and account management.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

Referral discounts: You may earn subscription discounts by referring new users. Discount amounts and terms are displayed in the Service and may change at our discretion.

Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence
• Attempt to circumvent system limits or access controls
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or AI-generated outputs
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create, edit, and upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-generated content: Summaries and recommendations generated by our AI are provided to you for review. You are responsible for verifying and deciding how to use that information in your own workflow.

Our content: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated summaries are intended as starting points for your research process. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and deciding how to use them.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gluck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gluck, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your content within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
